Elanora grew up fast around The Pines estate in 1982, and that history shapes the electrical work here. Elanora sits between the Tallebudgera and Currumbin creeks close to the coast, so homes nearest the water pick up brackish, salt-laden air that works away at outdoor points, meter enclosures and fittings over time. Low-lying land along the creeks and local wetlands is genuinely flood-prone, as the March 2025 emergency alert made clear, and storm season brings sudden load through the network. Whether you are near The Pines, Nineteenth Avenue or out toward the creek reserves, and whether your power comes through Energex to an older board or a newer build, the fix is the same: work done properly, to standard, and left safe and sorted.
